✅ Defective or Damaged Items — Full Refund
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll issue a full refund. Here’s how:
- Contact us within 30 days at support.petnivox@gmail.com
- Provide your order number
- Send us at least 5 clear photos showing:
- The defect or damage
- Different angles of the item
- The product packaging (if damaged in shipping)
- Any other relevant details
- Once verified, we’ll process your full refund within 5–7 business days — no need to return the item!
❌ Change of Mind — No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind about your purchase. This includes:
- Changed your mind after ordering
- Ordered the wrong item by mistake
- No longer want the product
- Found it cheaper elsewhere
- Don’t like the colour, size, or style
All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.
